TargetMyPitch allows startups to submit pitch materials for promotion to potential investors and business partners. We act as a facilitator but do not guarantee results or funding.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your pitch content, links, business plans, and personal information.
• You may not upload misleading, unlawful, or offensive content.
• Use of our services for spam, abuse, or unauthorized marketing is strictly prohibited.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

Your data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the storage and temporary use of your data for marketing and distribution purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

TargetMyPitch is not responsible for the validity, accuracy, or success of any pitch. We do not verify or endorse any links, websites, financial numbers, or business representations submitted by users.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Pitch Deletion and Data Retention

Pitches and associated data are stored for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are deleted unless otherwise agreed upon. Analytics data may be anonymized and retained for longer.

8. Intellectual Property

All user-submitted content remains your intellectual property. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and share it for the purposes of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms or uses the service inappropriately. You may also discontinue using the service at any time.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
